How an engagement runs

1. Map the workflow. We learn how the work happens today, where it breaks, and what a good result looks like.
2. Build it against test cases. We write realistic scenarios first, including the failure cases, and build until the system handles them. You see it working on those scenarios before it handles real customers.
3. Pilot with guardrails. Limited scope, human review, spending caps, and an off switch.
4. Run and maintain it. Monitoring, updates when vendors and models change, and a clear record of what the system did.

What we'll claim, and what we won't

This site shows customer names, testimonials, or results only when they're real and we have written permission to share them. Every system and demo is labeled live, pilot, prototype, demo, or concept, and we don't call a demo a deployed system.

Right now that means you'll see two prototypes and working demos built from their code. As pilots go live and clients agree to be named, you'll see that here too.

We pick tools per project and keep them swappable. Our systems in development are built or designed around:
