Privacy notice

This notice covers undolabs.ai, operated by UNDO LLC ("Undo Labs"). It's short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, company, and message. We store them on our server and send them to our team by email so we can reply.
• Usage analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across sites, plus our own counts of demo use and form submissions (for example, "replay played"). These events contain the page and the action, not who you are.
• Spam and abuse protection: forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks whether a visitor is human. Our server uses your IP address briefly to limit repeated submissions and doesn't keep it in our records.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share your personal information, and we don't use advertising cookies.
• We don't put real customer data in our demos. Every company, person, and phone number in them is fictional.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages only as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and we delete them when you ask.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We honor these requests from anyone. Send the request through our contact form and we'll respond.

Service providers

Cloudflare (content delivery, analytics, spam protection), Oracle Cloud (hosting), and our email provider (delivering form messages to us).
