After-hours call replay

Seven test calls to a fictional boiler service company. Pick one to watch the conversation and the work order the on-call technician receives.

A hazard left out of the AI's notes

This test is scripted so the AI skips the safety screen and its notes record no hazard. The backend's keyword check reads the caller's own words, finds water pouring from the boiler, and escalates to a P1 safety call with a call-back-now alert.

What's real here

  • Real: the priority, the hazard check, the review flags, and the full work order text. They're produced by the system's triage, safety backstop, and summary code running on each call.
  • Scripted: the transcripts. They're written test cases for the system's automated tests, including one scripted so the AI's notes leave out a hazard, to test the backend's second check. Live calls through the voice platform are the next milestone.
  • Fictional: every company, person, address, and phone number.

Reading the work order

  • P1 safety: a hazard was reported or detected. Call the customer now.
  • P1 emergency: equipment down with no adequate backup or major impact. Transfer live.
  • P2 urgent: technician calls back tonight.
  • P4 message: not a service call. Office follows up next business day.
  • Safety items read denied or not asked, never a false "no".
