After-Hours Emergency Service AI
Designed to answer a service company's after-hours line, screen for hazards, collect what a technician needs, connect real emergencies to the on-call tech, and send a work order when the call ends. The triage and work-order logic is built and tested on simulated calls.
The problem: After-hours calls go to an answering service that takes a name and number. The on-call technician calls back blind, and a gas smell can get the same treatment as a parts order.

Designed to take a raw target list and find the person responsible for boilers or facilities at each site, using automated research first and an AI phone call only when research can't resolve an account. Today the import and cleanup stage is built and tested.
The problem: Sales teams buy or inherit lists of facilities with a main phone number and nothing else. Reps spend hours calling receptionists to find out who owns the boiler room.

- Running with real users on a limited scope.
- Prototype
- Working software tested on simulated or sample data, not yet in production.
- Demo
- Built to show how something works. Not a deployed system.
- Concept
- Designed, not yet built.
